Making every Disney vacation simple, organized, and full of magic.
Making every Disney vacation simple, organized, and full of magic.
Hi, I’m Rachel — a lifelong Disney fan who helps families plan magical, stress-free Disney vacations. I don’t charge anything — just make a donation to a charity of your choice!
I’ve loved Disney World for as long as I can remember. Growing up just outside of Orlando, trips to Disney were a regular part of my childhood — and, somewhere along the way, I became a full-fledged Disney adult. Now I live in Brooklyn with my husband and our six-year-old daughter, and Disney magic is still very much a part of our lives.
I started Mickey Mitzvah because I know how overwhelming planning a Disney World trip can feel. Between the endless options, constantly changing information, and all the logistics, it can quickly turn from exciting to stressful. My goal is to take that stress off your shoulders — helping you plan a smooth, fun, and magical Disney vacation that your family will actually enjoy (yes, even with kids in tow!).
I do this simply because I love it. Instead of charging for my time, I just ask that families make a donation to a charity of their choice — a little mitzvah to spread some kindness along with the magic.
If you’re dreaming of your next Disney adventure but don’t know where to start, I’d love to help make it easy, joyful, and unforgettable.
Planning a Disney World trip doesn’t have to be overwhelming — that’s what I’m here for! Here’s how we’ll make the magic happen
I have been going to Disney World my entire life. I keep up with all the blogs and news and have been helping my family and friends plan their trips for years.
I’m still earning my ears. Happy to answer some questions but I’m still learning, not up to expert status yet as I am with Disney World, Orlando Florida.
No. I will not ask for your credit card info, I will not purchase anything for you. I will guide you step by step on how to book flights, hotels, dining reservations, but I am not making any purchases on your behalf.
Whenever. Just curious? Thinking maybe I’ll do Disney in a couple years? Or I just booked for my family to go next month and im so overwhelmed and need help. I can help.
Mitzvah means “good deed.” In this case, my free services to you are a mitzvah, and in turn your donation to charity is also a mitzvah.
Whatever you want, based on however helpful you felt my services were to you.
Wherever you want. It’s a mitzvah so I’m taking you at your word that you gave to a charity of your choice. I like knowing where you gave and how much so I can keep track, but you absolutely do not need to tell me.
Every Disney destination brings its own kind of joy — where will your adventure begin?
Mickey Mitzvah is all about creating moments that matter. Every trip is a chance for families to laugh, bond, and make memories that last a lifetime — without the stress of planning. From your first message to the final fireworks, I’ll make sure every step feels effortless and full of joy.

Heartfelt stories from families who turned their Disney dreams into magical memories — stress-free and full of joy.
I was working nonstop in October and simply couldn’t give our Disney trip the attention it deserved. When Rachel stepped in, it was truly a godsend. She created an exceptionally detailed, beautifully organized plan for our family, complete with must-see attractions in each park, smart pacing, dining recommendations, and thoughtful breaks. She even went out of her way to help me pinpoint the best gluten-free options, which was such a relief. Rachel transformed what felt overwhelming into something seamless, exciting, and completely stress-free for our family. Our trip was better in every way because of her expertise.
I had not been to Disney World since i was a kid and was overwhelemd by the logistics and expense of planning a short Disney vacation with my small children. I’m so glad we turned to Mickey Mitzvah for advice and guidance to help us make the most of a magical couple of days in the parks. And what a great excuse to donate to a favorite charity. Win-win!! Thank you!
Planning a WDW trip for 12 people ages 2 to 75 was a daunting task. Rachel’s experience was invaluable, providing insightful recommendations to ensure that everyone’s needs would be addressed and our visit would be magical. Her experiences as a WDW lover and mom of tots added the perspective we needed. From navigating the reservation process, to offering dining suggestions, thoughts on how to navigate between parks and suggestions to ensure that everyone could enjoy the attractions that suited them best, Rachel’s notes and updates were timely … even down to the one a few nights before our departure to WDW that revlealed a secret spot to sit/relax while watching the Main Street parade. Rachel eliminated much of the stress in our planning process. Our entire entourage is excited about the trip that’s about to kick off. Thanks, Rachel!
